After rain, I’d start with a search bait and a skip bait for dock bass 🎣. If the water is still fairly clear, throw a chatterbait first to cover water fast and trigger reaction bites. If it’s stained or the fish are tucked tight to shade, go to a jig or wacky rig and work the dock posts, cables, and the darkest corners. Late spring is prime for bass moving shallow, so docks can hold both spawning/postspawn fish and baitfish-following fish.
